Melbourne’s newest premium living development, the St Moritz apartments brings high-end beachfront living to the Esplanade in St Kilda.
The new complex is spread across three mixed-use buildings which include 133 apartments and a range of luxury amenities, all brought together by Gurner.
The amenities are set to include an on-duty concierge and personal driver, a curated library, art gallery, private bar and a wellness centre including a 15-meter indoor pool, as well as a chairman’s lounge and retail food and beverage tenancies.

Supporting state-of-the-art facilities across three buildings in a luxury development required bespoke, reliable hot water systems. Rheem worked with the team at Keralton Plumbing and b.energy to design and select the three plants across each building.
This project has an embedded energy network created by b.energy to supply power and data to the building, including the hot water systems.
