In collaboration with Hollywood Plumbing, Rheem Commercial was engaged to provide a robust water heating solution to effectively service 166 hotel suites, two restaurants, a function centre, bar, and pool and gym facilities.

Based on the compact design and the ability to rapidly heat large quantities of water at high efficiencies, the Rheem Tankpak® 9 was identified by the Rheem Commercial team as the best solution for the development.
This system also provides, on demand, 8225L over a one-hour peak. The Rheem Tankpak® is the next phase in commercial water heating, combining the benefits of mains pressure and continuous flow water heating, redundancy and Rheem’s innovative top down heating method. The system was installed on the rooftop, next to the iconic Storey Bridge.
